Some months ago, Sigma were kind enough to send me 3 of their brushes to try: E40 (ex-SS224), E35 (ex-SS217) and F50 (ex-SS187). All of them are travel-sized. I apologize in advance for my not-so-clean brushes, but I was too lazy to photograph them again ^_^

Sigma au fost indeajuns de draguti sa imi trimita 3 dintre pensulele lor pentru a le incerca, mai exact E40 (fosta SS224), E35 (fosta SS217) si F50 (fosta SS187). Toate trei sunt in varianta de calatorie (adica manerul este mai scurt, din cate am inteles de la ei cand i-am intrebat, calitatea si marimea perilor in sine sunt aceleasi cu cele ale pensulelor in marime normala).
Imi cer scuze ca nu sunt chiar curate, dar mi-a fost putin lene sa mai fac inca o data fotografiile ;))
As soon as I touched it, I was amazed by how soft it was. It is indeed a pleasure to use this on the face, even the softest feather would feel harsh compared to this brush.
+ it is amazingly soft
+ perfect for applying liquid foundation ( my Revlon Colorstay just loves this brush)
+ perfect for applying cream blushes ( looks natural and even)
+ dries pretty quickly
+ este incredibil de moale si se simte divin pe fata, mai fina chiar si decat un fulg :)
+ se intelege de minune cu fondul de ten lichid (mai ales Revlon Colorstay)
+ aceeasi poveste si la blushurile crema :D le face sa arate natural pe fata
+ se usuca destul de repede, desi are multe fire de par
However, it has its flaws.
- it sheds like crazy, especially when I use it for applying foundation and that can be quite annoying
- even though I've washed it over 5 times already, dye still comes out of the black bristles, staining the white fibers and I have to re-clean them using a spot-cleaning spray

Cu toate astea, are si cateva aspecte negative.
- naparleste foarte rau, mai ales cand o folosesc cu fond de ten ceea ce devine foarte stresant la sfarsit cand trebuie sa strang toate micile firicele de pe fata
- desi am spalat-o de mai mult de 5 ori de cand am luat-o, inca mai curge vopsea din perii negri, murdarindu-se si cei albi din cauza asta asa ca, dupa ce s-a uscat, trebuie sa folosesc un spray de pensule pentru a indeparta vopseaua.
Mai jos se vede exact despre ce vorbesc (dati click pe imagini pentru a le mari).
This brush is fantastic. Before receiving this one, I used the ELF Blending Eye brush for the crease (which worked wonderfully), but the E35 changed my perspective. It applies colour flawlessly right where I need it too, blending it at the same time. This is definitely the best eye-brush for anyone.
If I'm having a lazy morning, I just use this brush to apply a deep colour all over my lid and it blends it beautifully into a gradient from the lash-line upwards.
Not a single hair has come out of this one. It's definitely the best out of the three.
Pensula aceasta e fantastica. Inainte sa o primesc, foloseam Blending Eye Brush de la ELF (care functiona de minune), dar E35-ul mi-a schimbat radical perspectiva. Aplica orice culoare fara cusur exact unde am nevoie si o estompeaza in acelasi timp. Cred ca este cea mai buna pensula de ochi pentru oricine. Cand am o dimineata lenesa, folosesc doar pensula asta cu o culoare mai inchisa pe intreaga pleoapa si face singura toata treaba - un degrade superb de la linia genelor in sus.
Nu a cazut niciun fir din ea pana acum si cu siguranta este cea mai buna dintre cele 3 primite.
+ great for blending colours ( while the E35 can blend colours too, this one just does it faster and more accurate ^_^ )
+ good for applying concealer (gives a more natural effect than normal concealer brushes)
- just like the F50, this one too sheds like crazy
+ foarte buna pentru estomparea culorilor ( face acest lucru mult mai repede si mai exact ca E35-ul, insa nu este la fel de buna la aplicarea culorilor ca aceea pentru ca este mult mai pufoasa)
+ buna pentru aplicarea concealerului (o face mult mai natural decat pensulele de concealer conventionale)
- ca si F50-ul, naparleste rau de tot..
